ABOUT ME
Tyler has seven years working in the health and wellness field. He began his career as a personal trainer for Anytime Fitness, then moved into the online space as a Health Coach/Coach Manager at Noom. He has taught and trained over forty health coaches globally and has improved over 500+ peoples lifestyles and mindsets of all backgrounds. Tyler also currently coaches high school tennis.
My own fitness journey began over a decade ago chasing a certain physique, thinking that once I have that I will feel confident. Long story short those same insecurities don’t just magically disappear at a certain muscle size or weight. However, what started as a physical pursuit became the thing that has had the most impact on my mental and emotional well-being. I found confidence and joy through the process. That’s a feeling that I want everyone to be able to experience. As well as to be able to go out and do the things they enjoy for as long as possible!
